arm64/dts: shusky: Add resume and suspend seq to main camera
1. Remove rear main image sensor reset pin input from rear main unified power sequence.
2. Control rear main image sensor reset pin by resume and suspend commands.
3. Add power_up_to_suspend for Husky rear main image sensor
