memeater: moved into toybox.
Note that the exact toybox equivalent of `memeater 2` is
`nohup memeater 2m` (other suffixes like `k` or `g` work too, and
`nohup` lets you run any command in a way that's immune to being
killed when its controlling terminal goes away).
Test: treehugger
