We were incorrectly warning when a filename had 8 segments. This is
valid since we can have paths of the form
'/postinstall/product/priv-app/<app>/oat/arm64/<app>.odex' in addition
to those of the form
'/postinstall/priv-app/<app>/oat/arm64/<app>.odex'.

Some modules are no longer installed by default on eng/debug builds, but
I didn't see any automatic references to them. If they're commonly used
by users, they can be added into build/make with PRODUCT_PACKAGES_ENG /
PRODUCT_PACKAGES_DEBUG. Otherwise everyone's compiles get a little
smaller.
Some modules also moved from /system/xbin to /system/bin, as we've
deprecated xbin. I checked codesearch for references to the full paths
and couldn't find any.

Both .odex and .vdex files are needed to avoid doing dexopt
at first boot.

This translates from the preopted files in the system_other partition
into the main dalvik-cache. This also has init scripts to allow this
to run.
We first copy to a temporary file before renaming them in order to
make the copy atomic.
